Evil takes new form... use your vocab skills to vanquish these Creatures of the Night!! After being sucked into Dracula's Demonic Dictionary, you must fight your way out the only way you know how. Spellspawn is a small action-word-game in which you need to spell words under pressure to stay alive.
The game was originally made for the Click-or-Treat Halloween Bundle, featuring 8 other Halloween-adjacent games by indie developers.

Loving this! How the hell is it this addictive??
I've never been more proud of myself for spelling six 4-letter words.
Very challenging and entertaining take on a word game. Feels righteously arcadey, and the art style is excellent. I love the design around the right-click cross item, I'm still practicing but saving a letter (or saving yourself) is a super clever concept. Love the music too.
